Initial Consultation
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, which is why I offer a 30-minute introductory consultation for reduced rate of £25. This gives us both a chance to meet, talk through what you’re hoping for, and see if working together feels like the right fit. It’s also a space for you to ask any questions and get a sense of how I may be able to support you.
Booking is simple and can be done online through my calendar system.
*Please note the 50 minutes includes booking time for the next session.

Low cost sessions
I offer low cost sessions for those on low income at £40. Slots for these sessions are offered on a weekly basis only. Low costs slots are currently full, but I am happy to place you on the waiting list should a slot become available.
Recommendations
If you would wish to have bi-weekly sessions. I generally advise 6 weekly sessions initially to enable us to collaboratively build the kind of trusting and healing relationship that will support you in affecting lasting change. Emotional safety comes from many aspects of therapy, but having a regular, reliable session that you go to every week is one of the basics. Going less frequently can really interfere with developing emotional safety. When you, the client, feel held and emotionally safe enough to connect to your inner self, in the context of your relationship with your therapist, then change, growth and healing can really start to happen.
